We’ll help you to understand and document your birth options in a comprehensive Birth Plan. We’ll stay with you and your partner for the entire active labour, prepare the hospital or birthing suite room and help your partner to actively support you in labour by promoting strategies such as massage, directed breathing techniques, position change, and movement during labour.
