In essence, immaculatereception.com.au will thoroughly clean, tidy and organize your home, having it perfectly ready for your homecoming. We’ll do whatever it takes to give you the best experience.

Mum and Dad/partner are then able to relax with each other, focus on bonding with your new baby and letting Mum recover.

Our New Arrivals service happens while Mum’s in hospital. Our team thoroughly prepare and ensure your home is clean, organized and ‘baby ready’. Our service is tailored to suit your family, and individual needs, based on a pre-service consultation with Dad/ partner.

Our typical immaculatereception.com.au service includes:

• a thorough clean of your home, including dusting, washing/vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms
• all bed and bathroom linen changed and washed
• kitchen cleaned, including a full clean of the fridge
• washing of laundry, and essential ironing tidying sibling bedrooms if applicable
• ensuring fresh food basics (eg. milk and bread) are in the kitchen
• checking the nursery is fully prepared for the first few weeks
• checking that Mum has a supply of personal care products such as sanitary
  napkins and breast pads
• checking the need for additional items such as a baby monitor, breast pump and sterile milk storage bags, then organizing these as required.

Essentials Grocery Shopping
The perfect opportunity to make sure you have the basic essentials: milk, bread, tea, coffee, juice, toilet paper, fresh fruit, cheese…..
We’ll shop for your family on the way to the service at an additional cost of $20.00, plus the actual cost of groceries. In consultation with Dad/partner prior to each service we work out Mum’s preferences for cleaning products, food choices, any shopping that needs to be done, and endeavor to help you in every way to make the first few days stress free.

Replenish Package:
Together with our New Arrivals and Revival packages, we can provide a delicious two course dinner for your first night home as a new family. We’ll leave it in the fridge, ready for you to just heat and serve…easy! There’s one less thing for you to worry about as you adjust to having your new baby at home.
(Only available with the New Arrivals or Revival packages).

The first days at home with your newborn are tiring and busy.
We take the stress out of cooking with fresh, nutritious home-style meals, delivered to your door.
Our meals are all made to order, using fresh ingredients with no unnecessary preservatives or additives. As close to home cooking as you can get without actually doing it yourself!
All you have to do is heat and serve.

Having a baby is one of the greatest transitions that we make; feelings of shock and disorientation are common and normal as you learn to care for your new baby and live as a family. Your physical and emotional recovery from your birth-whether traumatic or uncomplicated- are vital to your ability to adjust and this is exactly when you need extra support.

During pregnancy we’re often so busy preparing for our birth that we don’t give enough thought to what happens afterwards. Consequently the whole experience can seem extremely challenging and at times overwhelming.

Our post-natal doulas help you to make the transition into parenthood with
practical help, support and constant reassurance that only you know your baby and you are doing a fabulous job, even if you feel uncertain.

Our skills are many and varied so whatever your needs, we can help you to settle in with your new baby. Whether it be housework that you just don’t seem to get to, practical help with sleep, settling and general baby care, breastfeeding, meal preparation, shopping or someone who’s been here before who can offer understanding and empathy as you build your confidence, we’re here for you.

All new mothers share similar experiences but your baby is unique and only you can know what’s best for you and your family; our support is always tailored to your specific needs.

Our post-natal team of experts includes:

• A lactation consultant for breastfeeding support and difficulties.
• A sleep/settling consultant to help solve sleeping difficulties and establishment of good routines.
• An infant massage instructor who teaches Mum and partner the art of infant massage, in your home.
• Professional councellors who specialize in the prevention, assessment and treatment of Post Natal Depression
